Healing Container candles.

Recently I have been feeling quite lethargic. The energy to move is gone, my limbs feel heavy.  Gone is the urge to do anything other then lay in bed watching Netflix.  To build on this inactivity, I have been slowly adapting a diet of more and carbs which of course does not help.  This is the body of someone who is not taking care of themselves. My addiction is sugar and it leaves me with the feeling of not being sick necessarily but a little lifeless. Recent studies have also found that a high sugar diet even changes your ability to problem solve.  I have to admit that I do feel like a mask of slowness has come over me.   

The solution is simple on the outside, cut out the sugar.  With this decision there comes out all the issues that lead me to that lifestyle in the first place.  Working too much, not being active enough and a myriad of inner struggles I have with my reward systems.  Lifestyle changes can be great but maintaining them means confronting painful things below the surface.   Instead going from 0 to 100, trying some extreme diet that will inevitably fail I am going to have to confront some things about myself. I am going to have a nice meditation on what I need to heal first while burning the Blessed Herbal Healing candle.  Complete healing occurs in body, mind and spirit when you address the interpersonal issues that may contribute to your disease.
