Part one – Clear up your own jazz

Simple but powerful

On a piece of paper write out your fears and reactions around speaking up. It doesn’t matter whether it’s to people you know or don’t know. You have fears and triggers. List them out here. Include all your physical reactions too. Sweaty palms, have to pee, nausea, stuttering, and all the stuff that prevents you from speaking comfortably.

Now it’s time to purge that list.
