This month at Coventry our main focus has been on the problem with perfection. Where did this idea come from? Well its the end of the year and its a natural time to assess what you do and don’t like about yourself at this moment. This is the time where we say we are wiping the slate clean and changing habits and being more proactive! This is great in theory. It really is wonderful, the idea of getting a fresh start, no judgment, automatic faith restored. In honor of this time I am going to burn a World Magic Sweet Container. Sweet grass has been used for centuries by the native american people to cleanse away the worries, stress and energies that keep us apart from the sweetness of life. My goal is to focus on not what I am dissatisfied with or wanting to improve but how to be happier with what I have accomplished. There are very few times where I give myself a break and just let myself be still in the moment. I am going to sit in my office, put my favorite happy music on, let the sweet grass fill my nostrils and scroll through my facebook reminiscing about the events of 2014 and truly enjoying time spent on a guilty pleasure.
