Patty positively is my handle here at Coventry Creations. It was given to me years ago by Shelly. She saw me as the most positively inclined person she’d ever met. Sometimes she called me Patty Prozac, though funny, it’s not my favorite.

That’s bull. There is nothing in the character of this zodiac sign that instills falseness or intent to mislead. The Taurean personality is one of loyalty, sentimentality and hardworking and secretly desires to lavish in bubble baths and Godiva chocolates for a job well done.

A full moon in Scorpio bring to mind a powerful woman who knows how to influence her world. This tremendously helpful energy uplifts and supports our efforts in manifesting a meaningful life. During the new moon, April 15th, we put in motion a clearing of any fear that is holding us back from taking a leap of faith into a new experience.

We live by themes at Coventry. We’ve been doing it for years. It’s our way of teaching how to use our products. This is not exclusively about selling you products. Mostly we want to help you reach your goals and change your life for the better.

The Libra full moon is the essence of Inner Balance. It is impossible to be vulnerable when the scales are equally weighted because everyone has what they need. When this kind of fortifying is necessary, call down the energy of the Libra moon.

Dear Pisces Moon, ignite my intuition so I may be more aware of my surroundings. Teach me your mysterious ways of knowing and seeing beyond the obvious. Being in tune with a new moon in Pisces will show us the ninja side of protection.

A full moon in Virgo on March 1 during Coventry’s month of protection magic gives me pause. The Virgo energy is known for its panache for detail and being perfectionist, but I don’t see the momma bear here. Perhaps I need to dig deeper in Virgos abilities, which there are many.

The new moon stands alone in February. While the full moon hangs off the end of January and ushers in March the February new moon is holding down the fort and basking in the delightful energy of Aquarius.

We are wrapping up this month of community with the moon in Leo. Oh it’s good to be queen, but, note that each hive has only one queen and many queens in training for when she dies. In business we have a saying.

It’s a Capricorn new moon on January 16th, and that means our hard working practical side is coming center stage. Since this sign is so socially oriented, we will all be empowered to reach out with more ease and grace to our unique community of like minded folks.

We start the year in a beautiful way. Refreshing our connections with our community. The Cancer moon supports this on so many levels, we feel very inclined to gather with friends and people of like minds and hearts and do something positive for our parish, neighborhood, local school or town.

We wrap up 2017 with the theme of cutting cords or if you prefer, closure. As the new moon travels through flirty Sagittarius, we too will want to leave on a good note. I hear it many times over, always leave them laughing or wanting more.

Closure is one of the most sought after practices once the final curtain is upon us or the situation. We all need to “call it” for ourselves, so we can stop thinking we can resurrect the situation. For me, it’s about self-preservation, moving on and letting the past be where it belongs, in my past.

The moon is going dark in the sign of Scorpio on November 18th. When this happens, you have very little choice but to go within and do some soul searching. If you do it with the right attitude, you may come out with a fresh perspective on life and your role in it.

We’ve just experienced the veil thinning and I hope you were able to feel the love your spirit guides and ancestors have for you. They are the tireless cheer leading squad that sings, when you fall down, just get up again, we believe in you.

Yay, the new moon is upon us and in the sign of Libra. Balance is the secret of a successful life, for it’s when we live life in balance we are able to endure the journey. It’s a long and hard road at times and if we burn out, game over before we’ve accomplished something.

As the full moon rises in the sign of Aries on October 5th I’m inclined to ask, “What’s your style of magic? Are you making the most of it? Aries people are energetic, forceful and outgoing. They are climbers of cliffs and all that gets them to higher altitudes after all.

A new moon is our opportunity to begin again. In our theme of getting back to basics, I am reminded of clutter and the obscenity of it all. If having too much stuff is stressing you out and cluttering your mind, it’s time to make your three piles.

Ever feel like you are drowning in intellectual property? There are times my brain just screams, stop, stop, stop. That’s when I need a mental vacation before my nerve endings start to smolder. On September 6th the Pisces moon understands that and will show us how to have productive check out times so our brain can process all we’ve given it so it can rest.

Being a creative magician takes courage, a bit of flair and knowing what you are going for. Absorb the energy of the August new moon as you build up your mettle to manifest. Leo the lion will help you tap into your inner resources because you’ll need a strong and focused will too.
