Patty's philosophy on healing

Patty’s philosophy on healing  b2ap3_thumbnail_photo-4-blog-post-4-philosophy-on-healing.jpg

I am a curious person.  I like to know why we break and lose our ability to rise above it.  And conversely I want to learn from those who heal and overcome their challenges to live fuller lives for it.  It’s my goal to figure out how to be part of the healing process and encourage it to manifest in others.

I know I won’t be going to medical school and participating in physical healing.  I’m too squeamish for that.  My area of interest is in the metaphysical parts of us as they relate to emotional, mental and spiritual evolution and enlightenment.  That is the puzzle I love to solve.

In my healing practice I have found when my clients release their karmic patterns, fears, destructive behaviors and negative relationships they are freer to do what they came here to do.  That seems to be the secret to healing and living a richer life.  As they let go I watch them breathe a sigh of relief as if they’ve just put down the mother of all loads.  After that, life looks much more interesting to them.  That’s when the fun begins.  Changes in our hearts and minds changes the energy within and around us.   A happy creative heart and mind is expressed in our aura and literally attracts the same to us.  I help my clients find their happy place and learn to live from there.

I’ve recently learned that to help us change our thoughts and emotional responses to a harsh life we need to change our aura.  This is the chicken or the egg question.  What changes what? Do we change and then our aura reflects that or does making changes in our aura through prayer (asking) and  meditation (receiving) cause us to enlighten our points of view, release pain and feel happy again?  I’m putting into practice that question and inviting in light and calling upon spirit for help.  I’ll keep you posted how it works out.  For more information about meditating with the light see books written by Barbara Y Martin and Demitri Moratis.

I have also learned that we tell on ourselves all the time.  The injuries and diseases in our body and are actually the doorways to the stories that explain how we got in this situation and what we need to release so we can begin to heal.  Spiritual healing is very deep and will evolve our soul and connect us to our higher truth and spirit.  It will also help us navigate our here and now with creativity, confidence and a level of faith that cannot be destroyed.  Two ways to schedule a healing with me, www.coventrycreations.com and www.healingwithpattyshaw.com.   I look forward to meeting you and opening a path to your happily ever after.
